How about Ultimate Childcare Giver/Assassin Kaito?

Part two of the last post, grouped in here because it was the same ask lol

Kaito was always good with kids, as evidenced by how much the younger kids in his neighborhood loved him. He became the de facto babysitter as soon as he was able.

He could pinpoint that, but he couldn’t quite remember when he started to work as an assassin. Not even his grandparents knew about that; he kept it a tight secret from everyone.

So his official talent was listed as the Ultimate Child Caregiver, which was fine with him. He was pretty spectacular with that, after all, since he had so many captivating stories for kids.

He was pretty sure the school didn’t know about his other talent, or maybe they did. They never said anything about it, so he wasn’t sure. Either way, he didn’t tell his classmates about that.

It was hard sometimes to have the balance between the two, but he managed well enough for years before and would for years to come. Maybe it would be even easier later on.

genuinely curious on what made kaito choose shuichi and maki as his sidekicks in the tdp universe. to be fair they were probably still sort of loners but in main v3 kaito took shuichi under his wing after shuichi's one friend kaede died a horrible death in front of everyone and after maki was ostracized by the other participants for being an assassin. so did he just go "geez these guys seem pretty lonely" in thw talent development plan

i really like talent development plan but i do have to wonder how some of these bonds formed in a world without a killing game. like how did komaru and toko (and syo as well) manage to become so close without the shared experience of getting beat up by a bunch of fifth graders.

Thinking about the future of Kaishin and Seran.

Kaito becomes a professional magician is a given. He adores magic and I can't see him with any other job. I also think he would continue being KID and have fun creating a rivalry between KID and Kaito on who is the better magician. Not only does it boost his career, it offers him the challenges he loves with him having to create two different styles of magic for the professional stage magician Kaito and the phantom thief KID.

The same with Shinichi and Sera. They really like being detectives and they also work incredibly well together so I think they should get to open their own agency together. Heiji will probably also be in the agency but he runs the Osaka branch and likes to have friendly competitions with Shinichi and Sera over which branch has solved the most cases that month.

I also like the idea of Ran running her own karate dojo. Her karate is a big part of her character and when we see her in training, she is the one often running the exercises so I think it would be a good career for her to follow. She's also incredible with kids but I don't want her to just be a caregiver but incorperate one of her hobbies into it. She has Makoto on speedial and loves to surprise the kids with him visiting and having a lesson with them.

Despite Gonta being bigger than you, you still wanted to take care of him. When he was hungry, you'd make him something to eat. "Woah! Gonta thanks Y/N very much!" He said whenever you would set food down in front of him. After a while, you started doing more for him, wiping his face if he got his face messy, offering to do his laundry, and it started to confuse him. "Why Y/N taking care of Gonta?" He would question when you did a little something more for him, then you mumbled out a response something about loving to take care of him he didn't question you anymore letting you take care of him and also enjoying it.

Kiibo (K1-B0)

There wasn't much you could do for him to take care of him except let him know when he should probably go to Miu for a checkup because his antenna was broke or things like he was responding slower anything that could help him in the long run.

KAITO MOMOTA

Kaito wasn't all that happy when you would try to take care of him, making him feel belittled by you. Every time, you did little things for him to take care of him, bandaging any wounds he had gotten, cooking him food, or attempting to brush his hair for him. But he knew you being the ultimate caregiver you were, you'd never stop eventually getting used to everything you did for him.

KOKICHI OUMA

Kokichi was surprised whenever you'd take care of him not having very many people care for him in any way eventually teasing you about it or making unearthly demands "Hey Y/N~ You should kill Miu for me~ Nishishi!~" He'd giggle out. You never liked it when he joked about trying to get you to kill someone for him, saying it'd make him feel better.

KOREKIYO SHINGUJI

Korekiyo wasn't really surprised when you would take care of him knowing your Ultimate didn't make it that hard to figure out, especially when you'd take care of others but you seemed to mainly take care of him the most doing extensive things for him cleaning up his study, or brushing his long hair for him eventually he started to get used to it enjoying when you'd take care of him.

RANTARO AMAMI

Rantaro, being the ultimate adventurer, would get hurt quite a lot, and whenever he did, you would tend to the wounds careful not to hurt him pressing a kiss to the bandaged wound Rantaro enjoyed when you cared for him it made him feel quite loved and he loved your cooking too.

RYOMA HOSHI

Ryoma, being short, immediately thought you only took care of him because of his small stature getting irritated when you'd care for him, but eventually, he got used to it he still didn't enjoy being cared for but he wasn't going to argue with you knowing it'd only make you upset in the end.

SHUICHI SAIHARA

Shuichi was quite shy about it, but never expressing it, letting you take care of him, he started to enjoy when you would take care of him, mumbling out soft thanks you's with a small smile.

When An has a hard day, Meiko picks her up and carries her around the sekai, shushing her softly and bouncing her in her arms ૮꒰ྀི⊃´ ꒳ `⊂ྀི꒱ა

Kohane sometimes misses the safety and comfort of her childhood- so Kaito brings her toys and plays with her, keeping the baby entertained ૮꒰ྀི ᵔ ๑ ᵔ ꒱ა

Touya is usually non verbal in his headspace, and he’s too shy/scared to ask for his needs so Kaito usually gently talks to him to figure out what he needs! He holds his hands and gently talks to him to understand ૮꒰ ྀི◜๑◝ ꒱ა

Akito is a VERYYYY clingy little, the minute he sees Meiko he does grabby hands cause he wants uppies!!! ς꒰ ´��� ତ ˋ‌ς ꒱ა

Meiko often changed the music in Crase Cafe to soft lullabies to keep the atmosphere soo cozy and warm for the babies! ♬⋆.˚

Kaito gets a bit too protective of the babies, so if they want to leave the cafe to play outside; he either holds their hands or carries them in his arms out!! ⋆𐙚₊˚⊹♡

VBS often play games together! Meiko and Kaito worked hard to set up a little play area for them in the back and lets them play (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶)

When it’s nap time, a lot of times kohane and toya are quick to snuggle in the cozy little sleep area in the Sekai but An and Akito get fussy cause they don’t wanna sleep… ᶻ 𝗓 𐰁 .ᐟ

It ends with Meiko and Kaito having to squeeze into the cuddle pile as well to hold them to sleep!

Naturally Touya and Kohane also snuggle into them and Kaito and Meiko are left with sooo many snuggle cuddly babies (⸝⸝ᴗ﹏ᴗ⸝⸝) ᶻ 𝗓 𐰁

Little Akito Shinonome Headcanons 🩷🥞

-Akito is the fussiest little ever. He gets so embarrassed and ashamed of being little, he can’t help but sob and whine over everything.

-It’s really easy to tell when Akito is feeling little, his cheeks get red, he’ll get all pouty, and most of his responses are just whining sounds.

-When he’s little and comfortable, he’s very playful, and will mess with his cg and let out the sweetest giggles 🩷

-Main caregivers are Toya and Ena, but very occasionally he’ll go to Sekai to get help from the virtual singers, if his partner or sister are busy, his favorite of which being Kaito.

-Kaito calls Akito kiddo, and often will just let him sit on his lap while they hang out in the cafe. They play games together a lot, and Kaito likes to bounce Akito on his knee when they do 🩷

-HATES being teased when little. An made a joke about him being a crybaby once and he immediately started crying harder and glaring at her. -Normally regresses to just a little kid, but sometimes he regresses younger, and at that point he just wants some snuggles and a nice big plushie to hold 🩷

- KAITO is the dad ever! - Is he a bit of a mess? - Yes! - Is he trying his best? - Also yes! - He would spend hours researching and asking other vocaloids about how to care for a child. - Bought so many different types of agere gear just to make sure he had all boxes ticked off - He probably found you regressed one day in Sekai, crying, and started singing to you to calm you down - It worked very well and you fell asleep on him within the minute - VBS KAITO would definitely make you the coolest desserts ever - They would have so many sprinkles on them - Nightcord KAITO would be so kind to you - He would still talk so bluntly too and it would be so funny - He’d play games with you with the most stone cold look on his face, but you just know he’s having a great time  - He’d let you poke at his face  - WXS KAITO may not be a dad but is very big brother figure - He is the master of pretend play  - He would also shower you with plushies - You would be plushy royalty 

- He somehow always knows when is little one needs a change - Maybe it’s his secret dad powers - Or the fact that his little one will run and hide when they have an accident - No it’s got to be the dad magic

my brain has been full of tiny drabbles, and i was thinking- what kinda groups would the babies fall into if they were at a daycare? akito, ena, mizuki, an, and airi are all the kinda babies to quarrel with each other. one gets loud, then the other, and its a sorta chain reaction. surprisingly, rui is also in this group, but hes oftentimes the mediator for the babies. however, he is also an instigator, but this is more haphazardly than anything. mizuki tends to make the others start quarreling with some silly remark that almost always ends in one going after the other. (its okay though, these rarely last, and they always make up in the end (though sometimes one of the virtual singers has to come in to get them to calm down.))

toya, kohane, kanade, and mafuyu are the tiniest babies, and usually the most chill. you'll usually find any of them sitting around, maybe munching on a snack or a teether, or sometimes just playing with a sensory toy. they don't get into much trouble, and as long as their needs are met, they don't have a care in the world.

the energetic babies are minori, saki, emu, and tsukasa! they're often all running around together on some new adventure. saki sometimes needs a bit more time to catch up with the others, but that's okay! her big sib (and friends) are there to help! haruka also sometimes is a part of this group, minori often begs her to join them in the fun.

for the last group, we have the low-energy babies, consisting of ichika, nene, honami, and shizuku. they like to keep to themselves sometimes, other times engaging in low-energy activities like coloring, dolls, and quieter video games (if they're big enough, of course.)

meanwhile, the virtual singers are running around taking care of them, doing what they do best! meiko is like a head caregiver, with luka and kaito being the ones to mentor miku, len, and rin with taking care of the babies! (sometimes, they also get to have tiny time too, of course.)

You had just ran through a rehearsal with WXS, everyone was there watching, Miku, Len and Rin, Luka, Meiko.. and Him.

The amount of times you messed up are up for debate, but to be nice about it, there was quite a few notable ones.

After practice was over, before anyone could ask if you were okay, you ran to the back of the stage, hiding under some props as you cried to yourself.

there were constant times where you had fallen, tripped or bumped into someone. It completely set you off when you sang the wrong line. But to be fair... you only had learned everything 2 days prior. it's not your fault you didn't know everything, but in your mind you feel like everything was your fault, you feel like you just sabotaged everyone.

as you covered your ears and started to rock yourself to calm down you felt the ground under you shift. The stage was made of a material that was easy to bounce on so people could do cool tricks. When you slowly looked up you were met with sweet blue eyes, and a kind smile, the kind of smile that reassured you nothing bad was going to hurt you.

you uncovered your ears as he began to talk. " Are you okay?? You took some nasty falls back there " he said as he put a hand to your head petting it a bit. Back home you were never showed this affection and was always yelled at by your mistakes... Was he really not upset.. was he that worried about you?

You started to cry again covering your eyes as you sobbed. He started to get really worried and hugged you. " Little one don't cry... " he said as he rubbed your back shushing you. " I'm worried you hurt yourself darling.. you really took a tumble a few times.. " he said as he cupped your face in his hands.

" I'm sorry... " you said as you looked up at him. " You have nothing to be sorry about " he kissed you on the fore head and sat you on his lap.

" Darling.. None of this is your fault okay? You learnt this two days ago while everyone has been practicing for a while. Everyone learns at their own speed and you aren't going to be perfect right away. so that's why we practice... that's why they practice, they practice to make sure nothing bad happens. Practice makes perfect little one.. all you got to do is have one on one time to learn the steps.. so don't cut yourself short. I'm so so so proud of you honey.. and i believe that you can do this... "

You started to smile and nodded. " Thank yew... " You said as you hugged him. " Anytime darling.. now lets go make sure you're okay and have some fun on one of the rides.. You've deserved it "

After that interaction you realized that he was right, no one was upset and everyone was just worried about your well being.. It wasn't your fault, and they will be here to help you with practice for as long as you need it.
